Warranty
We offer 3 different warranties depending on the window application and the type of window installation desired, They all have different price points, but the main concern is always how to prevent leaks.
Lifetime Transferrable Installation Warranty
This is our most preferred method of installation when the home, siding and existing windows allow for this application. It is a method that ensures no water will get behind the window and into your home. We believe in this method so much, that we offer lifetime warranty to the original homeowner and 20-year transferability to a subsequent owner.
5-Year Warranty - No Window Trim
For those looking to save cost or have a no trim appearance, we can install most windows with that application. Because this method relies on caulking and flashing to prevent leaks, it will require routine maintenance to ensure the caulk has not cracked and the flashing has not been damaged. We warrant this application for the first 5 years.
