Kept me up to date as to when he would be at the job, was on time, super nice and had such a positive attitude, did a meticulous job and cleaned up after he was done. I could not ask for a better service.

What a gem in Bothell. Very friendly and informative on our replacement windows. The installation crew fantastic. We got lucky and got two teams so was done in half the time. They were meticulous from start to finish. They worked with all our concerns. The end result was great improvement and looks to our house.

Tipton came to replace latches in one of our windows. He was timely, prompt, professional, and courteous.

We had our back door replaced. We are very happy with our door. All staff at Emerald City were very kind and know what they do. They are also very patient despite my frequent inquiries. Tipton and another crew came to install our door. They did a fantastic job and did not leave any mess. Even after the job was already done Tipton was very kind to respond my text messages with ignorant questions. I would highly recommend Emerald city.

The crews have done a great job to install the windows. I found a minor damaged one of the screens. They ordered the new one and replaced it.

Everyone was friendly and courteous and made sure everything was fitted and sealed in perfectly. They even went above and beyond by reinstalling my existing roll up screen and making it work with the new door. They cleaned everything up afterwards, and my new door looks great. I had a window replaced due to wanting more air flow. The team is easy to work with and provided great feedback on my options. Everyone I talked with was friendly and helpful. Their communication was better than expected as well and did not require me to follow up as they were on top of it.

Emerald City Energy (ECE) installed a larger slider in our newer house. The initial employees were very nice gentlemen but the siding patchwork was not as desired, which I'm told can be difficult w/ Hardie board siding. ECE sent Tipton to revise the siding patching, and he was fantastic. Thoroughly explained everything, seemingly did great work, and overall was really enjoyable to have at our home. Bit annoying the initial work wasn't ideal, but ECE responsibly took care of everything, and couldn't ask for much more, and Tipton was really great.

Good customer service and very seamless installation with a friendly, efficient and professional crew. The doors we ordered took quite a bit longer than the originally quoted 6-8 week estimate (they were close to 14 weeks to be ready for install) - but that’s more on the manufacturer than Emerald City.

We are super happy with our new windows! The team arrived on time and worked very hard all day. Our IGU windows were tricky-with odd framing, height and sills. The other windows were on a awkward roofline- all look great. They are very knowledgeable and explained how/why things were done. The work areas are like they weren’t even here. Very conscientious about everything. They went the extra mile by re-hanging our blinds. We definitely would hire them again!. Job well done!!

We have a 1919 farmhouse with single pane aluminum frame window's which needed replacement. Quotes from Champion, Pella, and Anderson were in the ten thousand dollar per window range. Emerald City Energy quote was five nice windows and installation for four thousand dollars. Hanson, Nelson and Cory our window installers did an awesome job. They were very thorough and pleasant to work with. They paid particular attention to detail and cleaned up constantly. Needless to say, we are very pleased with our Millgard windows.

Riley and Corey were great! They did a nice window install which required new opening. Very professional, cleaned up afterwards and really great to work with! Window looks terrific and let's in ample light even in Seattle weather.

Emerald City Energy was fantastic to work with. They were patient and accommodating for a lot of back and forth as we decided on the type of windows and prices that fit best with our home and budget. The installation process was even better, with the team led by Tipton. Super friendly, calm, positive, team with great communication, they got the job done quickly, quietly, and with quality, even when there was a freak August rainstorm for one full day of the two day installation. We upgraded all 9 windows on our ground floor, each with their own style and specifications, and they look amazing! We’re enjoying the upgrade even more than we hoped for, and excited to have the improved windows for the rest of Summer and then to have for the first time during the coming chilly and rainy months. Highly recommend working with this company!

Emerald City Energy did an amazing job ordering and installing a door and screen door. Completely air tight and energy efficient. The staff friendly, knowledable, and trusting. I gave them 4 stars only because of scheduling.
