Amazing work! Very professional! Martin And Alberto did an amazing work on our windows! Martin has an amazing ability to look outside of the box and he found out that there was structural damage to the house that he promptly fixed. He insists on nothing less than perfect and addressed every concern or question that we had and even went beyond. I feel very confident with the work and very happy with the results! Will definitely recommend Emerald City Energy and specifically Martin to do any job. I highly recommend hiring Emerald City for any window or door replacement projects. Their communication was amazing, everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, and they did a wonderful job installing the windows. Very happy with my entire experience with Emerald City Windows. They were responsive, and able to provide the exact products that I wanted. The prices were right in line with what I expected to pay, and the timeline to completion was surprisingly quick. My great installers even did a complicated repair of an old window and it looks as good as new. I work remotely and my house is tiny. I was able to continue working for the six hours it took to install six windows and repair the seventh. I couldn’t be happier and now wonder why I waited so long!

This is a 5 star review because of Terry and Tipton. This was our 3 window install with Emerald City Energy. We’ve always been happy with their work but this time around there were some issues. The windows were fine but the frame/trim work was quite sloppy. We contacted ECE with our concerns. Terry came out and assessed things and wasn’t happy with the work either. Within the week, he and Tipton replaced the frame/trim and put in a new sill on one of the 3 windows. Its a night and day difference and we are loving our new kitchen windows. Thank you Terry, Tipton and ECE!!

Tipton is the best! We have been over time replacing windows and even adding more windows. One thing I like is when we created a few more windows in the house, he came out to measure. He heard what I wanted but today offered a suggestion that I did not think about and I loved the idea and went with it which indirectly saved us a little money. His work at doing the siding around the new window was perfect. Friendly & professional. He even gave me a courtesy call on the way to the house.

Tipton came to replace latches in one of our windows. He was timely, prompt, professional, and courteous.

We had our back door replaced. We are very happy with our door. All staff at Emerald City were very kind and know what they do. They are also very patient despite my frequent inquiries. Tipton and another crew came to install our door. They did a fantastic job and did not leave any mess. Even after the job was already done Tipton was very kind to respond my text messages with ignorant questions. I would highly recommend Emerald city.

Everyone was friendly and courteous and made sure everything was fitted and sealed in perfectly. They even went above and beyond by reinstalling my existing roll up screen and making it work with the new door. They cleaned everything up afterwards, and my new door looks great.
